We keep the account login, organisation name, domains, mailbox names, invoices, and payment references we need to run the shop. POPIA applies.

The mail itself lives on the mail store, not in the shop database. We do not sell address books or mailbox contents.

Ozow sees the amount, reference, and the email you use to pay. We keep the payment result so we know when to create mailboxes.

Help messages you send on this site are stored so we can answer them. Account password resets use a link. Mailbox password resets are done by the person who pays, in the account.
