Refunds
Domain registration fees are paid to the registry. Once a .co.za or .com is registered, that line is not refunded.
If we take payment and never provision the mailboxes, we refund the mailbox portion. After mail is live, the first month is not refunded.
Monthly invoices after that are for the month ahead. Pause the service in your account if you no longer need it. We do not delete mailboxes for a failed card for seven days.
