DomainPilot sells email on a domain you already own or register with us. Mailboxes go live after payment, once the DNS we give you is in place. We don’t host websites on the mail servers.

Mailboxes are billed monthly. If a payment fails we wait seven days, then pause mailboxes. We do not delete them. Domain registration is billed separately and follows the registry’s rules. See refunds.

You’re responsible for mail sent from your addresses. We’ll suspend an account that gets our sending IP listed. We keep account logins, invoices, and mailbox details; the mail itself lives on the mail store. See privacy. POPIA applies.
